Dear reader,
It's nice to meet you! Let me introduce myself:
I’m a senior producer
writer
project manager
blue sky brainstormer
process-lover
creative collaborator
production manager
organization queen
pop-culture fiend
podcast listener
magic believer
3-dog mom
if you can dream it you can do it kind of person.
I’ve got 11 years in production and project management, rooted in video and creative agency marketing work, and I crave putting those skills to use in new, meaningful ways. I could write a long, overly-detailed paragraph outlining my experience overseeing video and photo shoots, or my work managing teams of editors, writers, designers, and videographers to create A+ marketing materials. I could even go on about the work I’ve done producing wildly complex projects ranging from social video campaigns, onsite designs for multi-day tradeshows and conferences, and nationwide interactive mobile experiences. And I could share my experience in my latest role, where I serve as the Senior Producer for Indeed's In-House Creative Agency, trafficking global marketing work to a team of 40+. Everyday I'm producing and project managing like a game of Tetris in which I aim to get the highest score imaginable.
I’d love to talk to you about all of that, and then some.
But want I really want to tell you is what I believe in. I believe in hard work and magic. Sure, I’ve overseen budgets from $5K to $200K. I’ve produced shoots on location all over Los Angeles with a crew of 30+. And I’ve managed timelines and clients that could make your toes curl. But what I’m most proud of is that I’ve created environments for my teams to love what they do and how they do it. And I think it’s a very special recipe to make all of these things come together to make one truly amazing place to work. And that recipe is a lot of hard work and a little bit of magic.
And I’d really love to tell you about that, too.
